As a nonprofit school, our annual gala is our largest fundraiser and has a tremendous and positive impact on our students. The gala enables us to take our school to the next level in a way that is not possible with tuition alone. 2025 ACS GALA
On May 10, 2025, the ACS community gathered for a truly special evening of celebration, connection, and purpose at the Conrad Etihad Towers Abu Dhabi. Co-Chairs Serena Carnevale and Adib Martin Mattar welcomed over 500 guests to the annual ACS Gala, where the theme “Together Shaping Dreams” beautifully captured the spirit of the night and our shared mission.
Set against the backdrop of the UAE’s “Year of Community,” the event underscored the power of unity in nurturing young minds and empowering future leaders. A highlight was the presentation of the ACS Community Leadership Award to Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi by HE Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, ACS Superintendent Monique Flickinger, and the US Ambassador to the UAE Martina Strong.

ACS Community Leadership Award
Each year, the ACS Community Leadership Award honors an individual, corporation or group that embodies the ACS Core Values: Curiosity, Courage, Compassion and Integrity. We are proud to recognize Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi as the 2025 Honoree, a visionary leader whose remarkable contributions have shaped the UAE’s economic, humanitarian, and educational landscape.
